To get to us, from Junction 40 on the M6, take the A66 west towards Keswick for approx 3.5m. Turn left, signposted Dacre. Continue down the steep hill into the village. The cottage is situated on the right, just below the Horse and Farrier Inn.

Local activities include sailing, fishing, pony trekking, cycling, swimming, walking, climbing......and the many visitor attractons to be found in the Lake District and the Eden Valley. Within easy driving distance are Scottish Borders, Hadrian's Wall or the Yorkshire Dales. So much that you will want to return to explore some more!
