Barn Croft offers open plan accommodation which is light, spacious and well designed, with beams and a stone inglenook fireplace. There are quality furnishings and a well fitted kitchen with built-in cooker, fridge microwave and dishwasher. For entertainment a TV, video and stereo are provided.

Barn Croft has three bedrooms. A double with vanity washbasin & shaverpoint, and a twin are on the ground floor, and a single bedroom on the first floor. There is a bathroom, with shower over the bath on the ground floor.
 

An unusual feature of Barn Croft is a seating platform overlooking the lounge which, together with the single bedroom, is reached by a ladder type of stairway from the main lounge. This makes an ideal 'retreat' for older children, teenagers and young adults.

The cottage is heated by night storage heaters throughout, with a large woodburning stove for extra warmth on chilly evenings. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Note: access to the first floor single bedroom is by steep narrow stairs, making this room unsuitable for small children, the elderly or infirm. A high chair and cot is available, if required.
